Hey there! We’re thrilled you’ve got your eye on our awesome shoes! Just a quick heads up: if by any chance the size isn’t a perfect match, no worries at all! We’re happy to help you exchange it for the right one. Simply send us an email at customer care@unixylifestyle.com within 3 days of getting your shoes, and we’ll get the ball rolling! We do not accept cancellations on pre-orders or while the order in transit.

To make sure everything goes smoothly, kindly send the shoes back in their original packaging with the tags still on. That way, we can speed up the process and make sure you get the perfect fit. Once we give the green light for the exchange, we’ll take care of picking up the item and sending the new one your way. Just a heads up, there’s a small Rs. 200 fee for this, but trust us, it’s totally worth it for our shoes!
